Needs regarding upkeep of the grounds:
Someone to survey
grounds for maintenance and upkeep and report to
monthly meetings. Prioritize needs and consider costs.

Road
Drainage along the Access Road needs swale on upper half.
Drainage at parking lot on the north side of the wall
Set perimeter stakes at tractor pull and determine limits of fill to be
allowed
Grade lot for drainage
North ell lawn needs filling, grading, and seeding
New fence is needed along the Cook Barn foundation (this is a safety issue)
Set posts under Cook Barn as they are needed NOW
Pick up flat field stones at north end of Cook Barn foundation and take them
to the Wagon Shed near the Darling Barn
Remove dirt at foundation (north end)
Site clean designated area for building
Clean brush on the Access Road and speak to Manahan |
